Spring and hope are intertwined in the mind, body, and soul and a nourishing restorative Yin practice is the perfect medicine for today’s fast paced and at times stressful life. This wonderful 2 hour Yin Workshop is an opportunity to improve flexibility, clear your mind, destress and energise yourself – A great way to welcome in the new season.

Yin is a more restorative, healing yoga that targets the connective tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that are not normally exercised very much, which is even more important as our lives have become more sedentary.
